Vinophiles say that the soul of a wine is derived from its terroir - the local soil, topography and climate where it was produced. Is this wisdom also true of humans? All of us, from politicians to restaurant critics to art connoisseurs seem to be fascinated by the source of objects, food and people. But is geography destiny? What sort of place and local culture did you grow up in? This conversation will ask why the roots of people and objects matter.

This will be a special collaboration including complimentary terroir-based cocktails and bar snacks with Tiger Bar.
